Colin G. Rader
Colin is a strategic builder and communicator whose career spans design, development, and project leadership. While earning his Master's degree in Architecture from Drury University, he founded and scaled a design-and-development consultancy, later complementing his entrepreneurial work with hands-on architectural experience at a leading firm.
Driven to solve community-based problems and shape projects from conception through execution, Colin transitioned into community development consulting and project management — ultimately co-founding a joint venture with a Navajo-owned partner in 2022 to support planning and development initiatives across the Navajo Nation and the four-state region.
Since founding CGR Solutions LLC in 2018, Colin has led capital raising, AEC team building, and development management with a total consulting project volume exceeding $200MM. His experience spans multi-family, hospitality, mixed-use, and retail developments across multiple states.
